RETURN POLICY

At NEW CELEBRITIES, we strive for perfection in every silhouette. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help with a simple and clear return process.

Eligibility & Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all luxury tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-tailored abayas, bespoke designer editions, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange due to their personalized nature.

Shipping & Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon inspection, you may choose between a refund or store credit. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of reaching our atelier.
